In light of the increasing attention and interest surrounding our defense-related business activities, both domestically and internationally, we would like to reaffirm our fundamental principles and policies.<\/span><\/p>\n

We believe that contributing to the mitigation of harm and the protection of human life through technology is a core mission of our company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our current defense-related activities, both in Japan and overseas, are focused on addressing threats posed by unmanned aerial systems. Specifically, we are engaged in providing interception drones designed to neutralize incoming threats, with the aim of safeguarding civilian lives and critical infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n

These technologies are intended for defensive use and are not designed for offensive purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even as the global environment becomes increasingly complex, we believe it is our responsibility to continue advancing initiatives that enhance safety and support industrial development through drone technologies, thereby contributing to the development of sustainable social infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Compliance Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We place strong emphasis on our social responsibility and the importance of maintaining international trust.<\/span><\/p>\n

In all aspects of our business operations and technology development, we operate in full compliance with Japanese laws, as well as the laws and regulations of relevant countries and applicable international frameworks.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, with respect to partnerships and investments involving overseas entities, we adhere to all relevant legal requirements and guidelines, and conduct appropriate procedures and necessary due diligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Ethical Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We do not engage, under any circumstances, in the development or production of weapons that are restricted or prohibited under international treaties.<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, in the development and provision of unmanned aerial system technologies, we conduct comprehensive assessments that take into account international norms and ethical considerations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recognizing the potential impact of our technologies, we are committed to ensuring their careful and responsible use.<\/span><\/p>\n

Going forward, we will continue to uphold responsible practices in both the provision and operation of our technologies, grounded in regulatory and ethical considerations, and contribute to the sustainable development of society.<\/span><\/p>\n
