Tokyo, July 29, 2025 – Terra Drone Corporation, a leading drone and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) technology company headquartered in Japan, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement for “Terra Xross 1” with U‑ROB GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “U-ROB”), one of Germany’s largest industrial drone distributors, which operates 10 locations across the country. Through this strategic partnership, Terra Drone and U-ROB will expand the distribution of “Terra Xross 1” in Europe.
Drone inspections not only enhance worker safety by keeping them out of hazardous environments but also significantly improve efficiency and cost performance of traditional inspection methods. Terra Drone has achieved stable indoor flight performance with the “Terra Xross 1” while offering it at approximately one-third the price of competing products, making it more affordable and accessible.
U-ROB is a distributor of industrial drones and the largest drone training company in Germany. The company has a proven track record of drone distribution since 2015, with extensive experience in promoting professional drone technologies in Germany. Over the years, U-ROB has successfully delivered thousands of drone-solutions to clients such as RWE, Deutsche Bahn and Siemens, demonstrating deep expertise in industrial confined space inspections, and serving governmental agencies.
Going forward, Terra Drone and U-ROB will work together to broaden the reach of “Terra Xross 1” which is revolutionizing the indoor inspection industry by making drone technology more accessible to a wider customer base that has been hesitant to adopt it due to concerns over unstable flight performance and high price. Under this agreement, Terra Drone and U-ROB will provide enhanced and more accessible customer support.
The impact of this project on Terra Drone’s consolidated financial results for the FY2025 is expected to be minimal. Should any matters requiring disclosure arise in the future, an announcement will be made without delay
