Terra Drone Signs Distribution Agreement with Heliboss Chile for “Terra Xross 1”

October 23, 2025

Tokyo, October 23, 2025 – Terra Drone Corporation, a leading drone and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) technology company headquartered in Japan, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement for “Terra Xross 1” with Importadora Lillo SpA / Heliboss Chile (hereinafter referred to as “Heliboss Chile”), a renowned distributor of commercial drones in Republic of Chile. Through this strategic partnership, Terra Drone will introduce its in-house developed products to the Latin American market for the first time and expand the distribution of the “Terra Xross 1”.

Drone inspections not only enhance worker safety by keeping them out of hazardous environments but also significantly improve efficiency and cost performance of traditional inspection methods. Terra Drone has achieved stable indoor flight performance with the “Terra Xross 1” while offering it at approximately one-third the price of competing products, making it more affordable and accessible.

Heliboss Chile is a distributor of industrial drones and drone solutions. The company has a proven track record in drone distribution since 2014, having delivered more than 2,000 solutions to clients. It primarily operates in the security and mining sector, with major clients including Securitas, a leading global security services company based in Sweden that operates in more than 50 countries, and Prosegur, one of the largest private security providers based in Spain offering comprehensive security solutions. In addition to the security and mining field, Heliboss Chile also has extensive experience in the construction, and aviation industries, demonstrating deep expertise as a comprehensive drone distributor.

Going forward, Terra Drone and Heliboss Chile will work together to promote the “Terra Xross 1,” strengthening their presence in Latin America, a region where drone adoption and usage have been limited due to concerns over unstable flight performance and high prices.  Demonstrations have already been conducted for BHP, a global resources company headquartered in Australia, and CODELCO, Chile’s state-owned and largest mining company. The collaboration aims to make drone technology more accessible, particularly in the mining  sector, and to further accelerate its adoption across the region. Under this agreement, Terra Drone and Heliboss Chile will provide enhanced and more accessible customer support.

The impact of this project on Terra Drone’s consolidated financial results for the FY2025 is expected to be minimal. Should any matters requiring disclosure arise in the future, an announcement will be made without delay.
